Lifeline Referral MOU

Memorandum of Understanding - Grief Support

The following Memorandum of Understanding shall be between Lifeline and the above organization. The organization would like to utilize the grief support program services of Lifeline to offer to their clients and community, to include post-abortion and pregnancy loss support programs, and Lifeline desires to provide these services to these referred individuals at no cost. Both agree to the following.

Lifeline Responsibilities

As such, Lifeline shall: 

• Provide eligible referred clients with full access to Lifeline's grief support programs at no cost
• Ensure the organization receives the most up-to-date promotional information and materials

Referral Organization Responsibilities

In return, the aforementioned organization shall:

• Refer individuals who are in need of or seeking to gain healing from a past abortion or pregnancy loss experience to Lifeline's services 
• Maintain and distribute the most up-to-date promotional information for Lifeline's services
• Include language in all promotional materials and website content mentioning grief support services as being offered "in partnership with Lifeline"

Authorization - The signing of this MOU is not a formal undertaking. It implies that signatories will strive to reach, to the best of their ability, the objectives stated in the MOU. On behalf of the organization I represent, I wish to sign this MOU.
